Uber has been securing related tie-ups in international markets together with Europe and Asia over the past two years, deepening its ties with the non-public taxi trade that was whiplashed by the rise of ride-hailing startups greater than a decade in the past.
Underneath the brand new partnership, taxis related to LA Yellow Cab and its 5 companion fleets will get bookings via the Uber app.
